There’s something reassuringly stubborn about A.P.C. – the Parisian label remains stoically committed to classic men’s clothing, side-stepping the hysteria of trend-obsessed fast fashion by releasing collection after collection of understated, timeless menswear. While temperatures may be plummeting outside, Jean Touitou and co remind us that warmer times will (eventually) come thanks to the release of their Spring/Summer 2015 lookbook which showcases the label’s mastery of both formal and casual sides of menswear. Suiting, tailored trousers and macs sit alongside bombers, short sleeved shirts and A.P.C.’s renowned raw denim – as ever impeccably styled for a contemporary aesthetic that keeps one foot firmly in the past without resorting to tired heritage clichés.

Proving that style can just as easily exist outside the madness of high fashion, A.P.C.’s Spring/Summer 2015 collection drops next year. In the meantime, catch up with founder Jean Touitou’s entertaining interviews with GQ and Vestoj – covering everything from wearing sarongs and playing harmonica in bank meetings to Hedi Slimane and normcore.
