With Sarah Burton at the helm, Alexander McQueen presented its 2015 spring/summer collection on the second day of the London menswear shows. For this presentation, the label strayed away from dark historical tendencies seen in previous seasons. Instead, we find a refreshing line that’s influenced by Japanese kabuki theater and the cut-out works of Henri Matisse. The pieces toy with scale and proportion, presenting an impact range set against a clean runway. Enjoy the excerpt from the show here and look out for the collection at Alexander McQueen stockists in the coming months.
