Over the Memorial Day Weekend I was in the mood for a burger and decided to head over to Charcoal, located in the lower Garden District of New Orleans for a bite to eat. I have been here only once before, but it was a random pick up house beef burger nothing special but was tasty! So this time I wanted the whole sit down experience and I wanted to try something other than regular beef burger. I looked over there choice of burgers for a couple minutes and chose to try the Antelope burger.

Now this type of meat I’m sure I ate before in life but it had been so long I couldn’t recall the last time. What won me over to choose this particular burger was because it featured a fried egg on it, and I love eggs on my burgers! Weird but I do! So i ordered the Antelope burger with a side of Slap fries that are made to perfection instead of the regular chips. I was very very please with my selection I asked for my burger medium well and it was just like I wanted. It was worth every penny of my $13 dollars and my service was great! I recommend trying this burger for yourself..location is below and they are open everyday from 10am-11pm. Enjoy.
