The French label is set to release their new luxury bike next month for the price of $10,750. François Doré, who headed Hermès’s latest project said the brand set out to create “real bike[s], not a decorative object,” and continued to describe them as “simple, efficient, easy to use, pleasant, and elegant,” although they are far from “simple.” Features include bull calf leather saddles, a shock-absorbing frame, belt-driven transmission, hydraulic disc brakes, and a choice of eight or eleven gears weaved throughout the rear wheel hub, which we guess partially explains the model’s steep price.
