New Orleans rhymer Ill Phil drops a new project named N.O.L.A. The EP is filled with straight energy. Every song you can hear the hunger in Ill Phil voice. This EP features some very Grimey-heavy bass production and Ill Phil voice fits right in spitting his hood lyrics along with a couple features including Blocka, Ruga Ra, RadaMan & Prince Ro.

The single Gold Rush stands out produced by Supa Dezzy and featuring Ruga Ra definitely has the most potential off the EP to catch plenty of people attention. The hook is catchy and rocks back and forth as the two artist trade lyrics..

My personal favorite song off the EP was ‘make it happen’ featuring Blocka. Very go-getter inspired song, something I feel plenty people can relate to and ride to when on they’re personal grind. Overall this EP is worth checking out!! Click below and take a listen for yourself!
