Kanye West & Kim Kardashian Purchase New Bel Air Mansion For $11 Million Dollars

While the rest of the world only found out about Kim Kardashian‘s pregnancy when Kanye West made the announcement during his December 30 concert, the signs were there all along. Just weeks before, the couple jointly purchased a 10,000 square-foot mansion in Bel Air, California. Currently in the purchase’s escrow stage, the Mediterranean-style home costs around $10.75 million dollars and is within an exclusive gated community. With nearly three-quarter-acre, the property boasts many modern amenities in Old World styling. A courtyard leads to a grand entryway 2 stories high, with expansive black walnut parquet floor leading to main living room and its immense stone fireplace. Along with the dining room and sitting/entertainment room, the high-end kitchen opens directly onto the backyard and barbecue station. Said to have five bedrooms and balconies that overlook the property on the second level, the house also includes a massage chamber and several walk-in closets. Finally, like any respectable Bel Air mansion, the home comes with an elevator as well.

In good company, Kim & Kanye will living with actress Jennifer Aniston, Los Angeles Clippers’ Chris Paul, and soft-porn king Joe Francis of “Girls Gone Wild” fame as neighbors. But don’t expect the couple to move into their new crib yet. There are plans to out another 4,000 square-foot of space to the house with possible addition of a basketball court, gym, indoor pool, and etc…
