Hailing from the 9th Ward of New Orleans inspiring rapper KcKamo releases his new project Love on Drugs.

It starts out with opening track NWO. NWO short for new world order sets the tone of the album as KcKamo often flex he is here now to take over the rap scene and other MCs should beware.  With the album titled ‘Love on Drugs’ and lyrics like “all these drugs in my system I can’t feel my face” on the song Lean On Me. His musicial style might remind you of early Future or similar artists like Juice Wrld, but we a New Orleans swagger.

“I be On One” is another song you get the true vibes of the album it’s laid back and heavily inviting for those on a blunt or full off some drink to rock out to. KcKamo has very youthful flow like..” Now I’m paper stacking I know they miss the old me wtf happened, I told em you don’t know me bi**h you big capping”.  Another notable trend is he seems to use the 2019 formula 2 minute songs that’s working for plenty popular artist like Da Baby, Gunna and others.

I feel like this project is definitely worth a check out, my favorite songs off the album are Lean on Me, DNFL, Hotline, and personal favorite 5 a Day. The beats are great quality and KcKamo does a great job of keeping ya attention with little amounts of features. I believe he will continue to grow a buzz in New Orleans with the right marketing.
