When it comes to Real Estate in the Crescent City, DeAndrea “Danni” Simmons has become one of NOLA’s fastest evolving Realtors. Although the Government has issued a mandated closure of non-essential businesses, Simmons has not let that stop her Real Estate endeavors. Soon, she will be closing on her FOURTH property since the Pandemic shutdown. Her story, her secret to her success was exclusively given to MyHellOfALife.com

Her career in Real Estate began in2014. At the suggestion of her eventual business mentor, Danni explored getting her Realtor’s License. After several weeks of hard work, she went to act of sale on her very first property. She was hooked instantly. Fast forward to 2020, and she has amassed over $5 million in Real Estate Transactions.

When asked about her passion for selling homes, Simmons said:
I get a chance to help families establish their legacy with a long term investment. Not to mention, I’m selling homes for the purpose of diversifying my wealth.

Although, times are turbulent, Danni assures that the market is still thriving and that now is a great time to invest in a new home. She’s had to get very innovative with the social distancing obstacles by offering virtual tours where buyers can view every square foot of the property by way of video. “Buyers would rather quarantine in their new home if they had sit still” the decorated Realtor mentioned.

In the near future, Simmons plans to grow her Brand by expanding to the Texas market and eventually opening up and spearheading her own Real Estate Brokerage Firm. Her long term goals come on the heels of her newfound role, mentoring new up and coming Realtors.
