Hyatt has unveiled its first New York property under the PARK HYATT branding this week, located at 153 West 57th Street in Midtown Manhattan.
The Park Hyatt New York tapped some of the most exclusive and luxurious brands in the world to help birth the hotel, including internationally renowned design firm Yabu Pushelberg, which is behind the 210 guestrooms and suites.
The hotel has also curated its own art collection with the help of Carnegie Hall, the Museum of Modern Art, the Central Park Conservancy and Sotheby’s, with 350 pieces that line the walls and halls of the property, including 10 pieces of original art commissioned by the hotel.
Contributing artists include Ellsworth Kelly, Rob Fischer and Robert Longo.
The hotel occupies the first 25 floors of the 90-storey One57 skyscraper.
