Saints WR Joe Morgan. A long with Chip Forstall Jr. will host a Toy Drive. This is an effort to create a special holiday for less fortunate kids by providing them with brand new unwrapped gifts.. Partners for the event include The Law Offices of Chip Forstall Jr., The United Way SELA, Macys, Whole Foods and more.
From December 1 through December 15, people are encouraged to drop off new toys in special bins inside Macy’s stores at Lakeside and Esplanade Malls as well as any Marco’s Pizza locations in the metro-area. Toys for all ages are needed. A toy giveaway and celebration will take place Tuesday, December 18, at Franklin Avenue Baptist Church.
Morgan is proving he’s a Saint on and off the field. As his charity of choice, Morgan will be working with United Way of Southeast Louisiana on several community projects. He is helping raise funds through the GRIDIRON GRUNTS app. Morgan is the first local NFL player to use this one-of-a-kind communication service. It allows pros and fans alike to create, manage, and listen to his ‘grunts’—everything from motivational messages to mid-week updates, pre and post-game insights and more. www.gridirongrunts.com.
