Stylist Jeremy George and Filmmaker Trap Kubrick (Jonathan Isaac Jackson) came together to shoot scenes for C. Perkins new video “Never Let Go” from his new EP “Love/Trap”, available on iTunes now (https://itunes.apple.com/us/album/love-trap-ep/id699701080).

Trap Kubrick: “The concept for the video is the story of a breakup, told from an unconventional perspective. In the video, C. Perkins tries to erase the memory of his ex (played by model Sierra) after a bad breakup, but after the process has begun, he tries to hold on to to the reason he fell in love with the young lady in the first place. We want to make it seem like a short film rather than a normal video, and tried to set up an abstract version of the story through images.

The song was written and produced by C. Perkins, and the short film/music video will be available in mid November.
