Marc Jacobs‘ recent presentation at Milan Fashion Week showed a strong youth and subculture inspired Fall/Winter 2013 collection. Slicked back hair is paired with slim cut suits and pants, fur lined overcoats, leather rider jacket and chunky boots, creating a look that obviously takes inspiration from 1950s Teddy Boys and 1970s punkrock, however, without succumbing to excessive nostalgia. A subtle dash of colour and unique patterns keep it tightly grounded in the present. Have a look at the entire collection in our gallery.
