Shrimp remoulade on green tomatoes at the Munch Factory

This week for the MHOL Restaurant Spotlight we take an in depth look at The Munch Factory, with their new location at 6325 Elysian Fields Ave, across from UNO. It would be hard pressed to find a spot where everything on the menu is sure to be delightfully pleasing. Well I think that I may have found that unicorn of restaurants in the city. Everything from THE ULTIMATE GRILLED CHEESE sandwich (cheddar, jack, and American cheese pressed on Texas toast) to the Shrimp and Grits are a sure thing. As for me the BLACKENED REDFISH with fresh jumbo lump crabmeat is foodgasmic. I definitely wanted to try the whole menu on one sitting.

I would recommend this spot to anybody with confidence knowing that the food will speak for itself and never disappoint. Give it a try… THANK ME LATER
