Twenty-five years after Michael Jackson‘s hit album Bad first released, fans are set to receive an all-encompassing look at the genesis of the seminal album with the upcoming debut of Bad25. Directed by Spike Lee, the upcoming documentary brings together behind-the-scenes footage from the shooting of the album’s music videos with interviews from friends and collaborators for an unflinching look at the perfectionist as never seen before. A reminder of just how prodigious and passionate the artist was, the film offers a look at Jackson from a time before tabloid rumors and ugly accusations came to dominate all conversations about him. Check the trailer now and look for the documentary when it first airs Thanksgiving night on ABC.
