In addition to its upcoming collaboration with The Generic Man, Public School previewed its Fall 2013 collection at large during this week’s PROJECT Las Vegas trade show. Founders Dao-Yi Chow and Maxwell Osborne, both products of the New York City public school system, make duds for the guy who appreciates streetwear and tailored clothing alike. They keep colors on the dark end of the spectrum and manufacturing in their hometown NYC turf, balancing the cool factor with high-quality production. The brand’s Fall 2013 range shows off both, presenting a twist on the classic woven dress shirt and classic leather rider jacket. Additional standouts include plush knitwear in gradient tones, almost begging to be worn under Public School’s fantastic black leather outerwear.
