Sally Hansen Salon Effects
Let’s face it ladies being a well kept female is not the easiest thing in the world to do, not to mention the task is expensive. Although, I’m all about looking good, I’m also all about budgeting and saving money especially in this economy. So, when I find something worth my wild I try and share.
Recently, I came across the cutest thing in Walgreen’s. I was strolling down the makeup and nail section, in an attempt to try to do my own manicure, and saw Sally Hansen “salon effects”. Salon effects is a pack of press on nail polishes that you shape to fit your nail bed. The appliqués come in all sorts of prints and colors and they remind me of the very expensive minx nails people love so much.
I personally tried them out just to see if they were worth the $10 asking price. (way cheaper than a spa manicure) Overall, I was pleased with the results, the nail appliqués stayed on for two weeks (normal manicure timeframe) and didn’t peel or chip! I would recommend these to anyone who wants to spice up their manicure without spending an arm and a leg at the nail spa.
