Smash Sizzle Savor/ NOLA Smash Burger on Magazine St.

Smash Burger recently opened a location Uptown and it’s sure to be a smash hit. The “Better Burger” Eatery is heating up the Corner of Magazine and Toledano Streets.

For those who don’t do beef such as I, try the Spicy Baja Black Bean Burger….. Smashburger’s black bean burger is made from a mix of black beans, bread crumbs, crushed blue corn tortillas, cilantro, cumin, salt, and “other seasonings.” With all of the spice, the patty is almost flavorful enough to eat by itself, but like all veggie burgers, is better with additional toppings to round out the texture.
