Hayden Panettiere killed the  red carpet last night at the ESPY Awards..The actress there as a presenter showed up in a beaded gown by  Giorgio Amarni that she matched with Bvlgari jewels. Hayden in my opinion definitely was a beautiful sight last night..DO you agree?
