Taste Test: Blue Crab Beignets at Ralph’s on the Park

Ralph’s on the Park, is a fine dining restaurant located in Mid-City New Orleans across from City Park, who offers globally-inspired local New Orleans cuisine. There are several delicious, and elegant, dishes that define the culinary style there, but one tasty stand out is the Blue Crab Beignets with Spicy Pepper Jelly Cream. I’m willing to set a small wager that no one can just eat one. I found myself ordering two more orders for a table of three. ITS JUST THAT GOOD!!!!
