Two brands with deep roots in Southern California are set to debut a special Black Friday release, one that pays tribute to the region’s long history of street culture. The two names are Undefeated and Beats by Dr Dre, coming together on a limited Studio headphone that merges incredible sound and UNDFTD’s distinctive style. The result is Beats’ most advanced headphone dressed in matte olive green — what’s become the calling card of the L.A.-based retailer. UNDEFEATED’s military-inspired stenciled logo printed on the band finishes the look. In celebration of the project, street art icon FUTURA and 13th Witness were commissioned to create an original artwork displaying the streets of Los Angeles. Entitled “FV:XIII,” the piece will be displayed above Undefeated’s La Brea location throughout Black Friday weekend. The limited edition Undefeated x Beats Studio will launch in limited quantities on Black Friday at all UNDEFEATED chapters and the Beats SoHo flagship, as well as the online stores of both brands.
