Here is what was on the menu at the 70th annual Golden Globe Awards.

- Pepper Honey Goat Cheese
- Smoked Flat Iron Steak
- Pacific Sea Bass
- Cappuccino Mousse Cake
The meal was prepared by the Beverly Hilton’s executive Chef Suki Sugiura and Executive Pastry Chef Thomas Henzi.
“I don’t like to use too much sugar so it’s not too sweet,” said Henzi.
Guests washed the meal down with over 6,500 flutes of Moet’s 2004 grand vintage Champagne.
